Lovely Lemon Curd

I should have posted this recipe a little bit earlier because it is really tasty. I found this recipe around Chinese New Year, a time of the year when I usually eat a lot. The refreshing flavor and taste of lemon is just perfect to help me feel better after a big meal.

Ok, lemon desert lovers, if you do love any desert with lemon flavor, this is definitely a must-try easy recipe. No baking. Just easy and time saving :) 

You can put this lemon curd on any pastry you like, such as bread, toast, and puff shell. Or, you can just simply enjoy this curd alone.

Ingredients:
2 Cups of fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
fresh lemon zest (about 2 lemons)
3/4 cup of sugar
5 tbsps unsalted butter
